What would a slide of Gram negative and Gram-plate positive bacteria, apparently without the acetone phase?

Acetone in step 3 acts as a bleaching agent that breaks the thin wall of gram-negative cells, this allows the task and biting of steps 1 and 2 are obtained if the cell is turned off.
