2 cups Epson salt
2 cups sea salt
10 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

10 drops of rose essential oil

Instructions:

Relaxing bath

Ingredients:

2 cups of Epson salts
1 cups of dead sea salt
1 cup of baking soda
½ a cup of citric acid
20 drops of rosemary

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a glass jar and store.
Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water. It will start fizzing once it is wet. This mixture is good for four baths.

Soft and smooth skin

Ingredients:

3 cups of powdered milk
1 cups of baking soda
1 chamomile tea bag
20 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water. Mixture should be good for four baths.

Sore muscle soak

Ingredients:

10 drops of lavender essential oil
5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
5 drops of peppermint essential oil
2 cups of Epson salt
2 cups of dead sea salt
1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

Mix the essential oils to the olive oil.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water.
Should be good for four baths.
