Can I return a game I bought used from GameStop for a full refund?

I bought a set of GameStop. I bought second hand. In the receipt that says I can return if for a full refund. Is this true?

The text received is what you should spend. If it says you can return for a full refund, then you should be able to do just that, as the return is within the time allowed, for example, 30 days.
