What type of hat / cap should I use to protect the face from the sun?

My skin is very sensitive to sunlight and, recently, my doctor said I should wear a hat when I'm out … I'm 25 and I almost never wore hats or caps before .. therefore I am not sure what I should … Does anyone have any suggestion … About what is and what not … for hats / caps?

I found a baseball cap type Estra long bill. I bought it at Value the village, so I do not know where it comes from. You can also wear a hat with a wide edges. I had a tea party for ladies and the ladies wore broad-brimmed hats straw that were decorated with flowers and ribbons. I received an award for the best.
