Is it still common practice to use a short-sleeved shirt with a fitted long-sleeve shirt underneath?

I'm moving into an area new that is cold in winter. I like to wear short-sleeved shirts, cute baby dolls, 3 / 4 length sleeves type. Is it okay for T long sleeve layer underneath? Does anyone have any suggestions? Please be specific! Thanks in advance!

yeah! I all the time (in winter, of course!) Just do not wear long sleeved shirts that are really lazy cuz will be uncomfortable and weird and wrong below. Soo yes get those teams as you said! a good job and good luck wherever you move !:)))
