Is it okay to give a ferret unsalted mashed potatoes (made creamy Xtra) as appetizers very strange?

I made mashed potatoes, without salt (time, adding more milk if it was extra creamy), turned and saw my nose deep into her ferret. Sneaky little thing! If only to give such a big piece as the nail occasionally (every time you eat some of which is once a week) how serious is it?

It will not kill, if that's what you want say. Ferrets are known to be lactose intolerant (but do not think this applies to all Ferret). A lick here, in my opinion is good. Just remember Ferret does not really need starch / carbohydrates or dairy products. Your body can not use nutrients (lack of a blind which is essential nutrient for plants / Fruit). I'm sure you'll hear many different answers. Remember: it is not necessary, but the disease is not fatal or lead to lick or two a week. Hope this helps!
